The Vision Behind Alliance River Crossing

Mike and Lori Rhodes, visionary leaders of Rhodes Enterprises, Inc., want to create Master-Planned Communities in South Texas that emphasize harmony between people and nature and between people themselves. Alliance River Crossing is the latest development designed by Rhodes Enterprises, Inc.

Located at the entrance to Alliance International Bridge, also known as the Donna-Rio Bravo International Bridge, Alliance River Crossing’s name is no coincidence. An “alliance” is defined as a merging of efforts or interests by persons, families, states, or organizations for mutual benefit. City, County, State and Federal officials from both the United States and Mexico, as well as private citizens of both countries, have “allied” themselves to create this newest international bridge crossing and the exciting new Alliance River Crossing Development.
